FULCO sings about everyday madness. The Dutchman from Ghent plays with BeraadGeslagen, STADT and De Beren Gieren, but in the meantime is constantly working on Dutch-language songs. Think colourful synths and tasty drums. A loose musicality and wonderfully rich language, lots of melody and even post-punk. With examples like Doe Maar, Sly & The Family Stone and Mac DeMarco.
FULCO strips his songs down to their essence live, rebuilding them in the way he feels like doing that night, what the audience tells him. He re-explores his lyrics, engages with his listeners … an intimate acoustic concert.
